I was adding a new theme to my site, and all of a sudden, it crashed. Then, I went and visited my website (www.mahyarlaw.com) and I saw the 500 Internal Server Error. I found out that the only way to fix it was to log in to the hosting provider and delete the plugins. Unfortunately, I do not have access to my hosting provider, Rackspace, because I do not know the password. Is there any way of fixing this error without logging in to my hosting provider?

You have a common malware issue with this site:

You’re definitely going to need the password to login. It’s a quick fix, however. Just go to your themes directory and delete the folder for the new theme.

Could you try doing a password reset from your host? I’m sure if you gave them a call they would be able to help you out.

If you have FTP access you could use that to delete extra themes or plugin that you think are causing the problem. But if you don’t have control panel access I assume you don’t have FTP access either.

I can access your site map but not your robots.txt (assuming there is one).

I think you would be best off contacting the hosting provider and asking them to restore from backup.
