error 500 internal server problem

    Hi, this problem didn’t exist in the previous version of wordpress but now it’ happening.
    Making sure it’s not my websie internal server problem recreated .htaccess file . It was not corrupted. But when I upload any mp3 file in the gallery it imports 3 times the same file and creates error 500 problem while deleting them Here are pictures i got. Hope we can fix it asap.
