Error 500 internal servor

    Since updating to the latest version of WordPress on my site, activating Matomo creates an “error 500 internal server” which is not related to a conflict with other plugins since the problem persists when I use it active alone. My PHP version is 8.0.28. How to solve the problem?

    Hi, I have the same problem. How can I disable the archive reports without access to the dashboard? If I enable the plugin the site is no longer available. I always get the 500er error message.

    Also, please try increasing your php memory_limit as that might fix the issue too.

    But i have the file SystemReport.php and the code line “use Piwik\Plugins\SitesManager\Model;” in this file
