    Dear Sendcloud team,

I am very keen to use your product on my Woocommerce store. Unfortunately when I try to connect from the back-end with my sendcloud account I get a 500 error message in the Sendcloud back-end that my store is offline hence unable to connect properly.

Can you help me where this goes wrong? or point me in the right direction.

My wp install is running on the latest version and all plugins are also up to date to the latest versions as of today.

    Looking forward to your help.

    Best regards
    Rwin

    SOLVED!

–> In case you use WordFence also, ensure aws is not blocked by your firewall ??

I was unable to connect as the server of sendcloud.sc is apperently hosted on AWS and Firewall blocked access automatically.

Problem solved… Nicely printing labels now!
