Error 500 on open staging site

    Hi there,

    I’ve made a staging site using WP staging. All seemed to go fine until I tried to open the staging site.
    It gives an error.
    In my error log I see this:

    It seems as if ….wordpress/current/stage_chouchous/wp-content/mu-plugins/src/compatibility.php is not there at all.

    Hopefully you can help me get this staging site working.

    Please try to copy the file compatibility.php from the original path to the staging site.
    It should be located in wordpress/current/wp-content/mu-plugins/src/compatibility.php
    Is this working?

    Are you on savii webhosting?

    There is no such file in the original site.
    The folder /src doesn’t exist and there is no compatibility.php in the folder mu-plugins.

    Yes, I am on Savvii hosting.

    Ok i see.
    Could you ask the savvii support about this error?

    I suppose it has something to do with some “open base_dir” restriction.

    Alternatively, is it working when you remove the plugin
    /var/www/frchou-rogovitsy/wordpress/current/stage_chouchous/wp-content/mu-plugins/warpdrive.php?

    I’ve renamed …../warpdrive.php to /warpdrive.php-off and now the staging site works like a charm.
