Error 500 on Product Edit Page

    Hi there,
    I’m having the issue with Product Editor, i’m not able to edit any product information as well as I’m facing this error in the console log.

    All the blocks are uneditable. Seems like Javascript is not loading. I’ve tried reinstalling both WooCommerce and WordPress.

    Using WP Astra theme right now. Also tried troubleshooting using Storefront theme.

  • I have the same problem, I reinstalled woocoomerce, but I noticed that when giving error 500 the resources of the server in memory are increased too much

    I understand you’re experiencing issues with the product editor and receives the error message on your console.

    I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

    Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve created a new forum topic, you can include the contents of your SSR and logs within your message on that forum topic.
