Error 500 on some shop page

    hi there,

    i’ve mentioned link of my site. while checking shop page i can see that some shop page is throwing error 500 (page 3 & 4). also i have total 3 product categories in site from which 1 product category page is also throwing error 500. i’ve checked disabling plugin but there is no conflict.i’ve also tried assigning product to new category but still there is no change. please help me with the solution on top priority.

  • I have the same problem after checkout. There is no order confirmation after placing an order. Instead I get a 500 error page, page not found.

    but i’m not getting this error after check out page, i’m getting this error on 1 particular product category page and some of the shop page not all.

    Sorry, I get a 404 error, not 500.

    I checked the 3rd and 4th page on your shop and I wasn’t able to see the issue anymore.

    500 errors are internal server errors and I encourage you to follow this guide to find which component from your site could break it:

    Once you see the error, you may be able to identify the plugin/theme in question by checking the path. For example, it should be something like ../wp-content/plugins/name-of-the-plugin or ../wp-content/plugins/name-of-the-theme.
