Error 500 on /wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/1021/feedback

    Hello

    As for the title when I upgrade on a php version >= 8 and I try to submin a contact form I obtain the following error:

    /wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/1021/feedback error 500 in the browser console.

    which kind of information can i provide to analyze and hope to solve the problem in order to upgrade to a better version of php?

    The strange thing is that, if I use a form for newsletter, it works. Instead if I use a form for contacting us it doesn’t giving me that error in console.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, Classic Widgets and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I can’t do that operation, it is a production site for my company, while I do test I switch between php 7.4 and >8….

    maybe I can disable one plugin at a time and check if it work. maybe we are lucky and find problematic plugin

    What do you think?

    I found the problem was CHIMPMATIC plugin which interfere with CF7.
