Error 500 Plugin

    Hi,

    We have just installed the “Awesome Support” plugin and it shows an Error 500 at the admin panel. Seems there is a conflict with our theme or other configuration.

    Is there any other similares cases or solutions we can check?

    Could you please share your error log. It will probably contain some useful information. You can paste it into Pastebin.
