Error 500 when I try to Edit a product

    When this plugin is active i can’t edit woocommerce’s product. I have 2.14 version installed. The problem was appeared before the las update. I hoped updates solves my problem but isn’t so!

    I have the last version of woocommerce.

    Now i must to disactivate the plugin for edit my product, but facebook send me message of problem with connection.

    How can I solve it?

    This is the message that appears on a white page:

    “La pagina non funziona ilbellodelleborse.com al momento non è in grado di gestire la richiesta.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

    I can edit my product page after increase PHP memory limit because I got a lot ‘CRITICAL Allowed memory size’ from fatal error logs . Maybe you can give a try to increase your PHP memory limit and see if it can resolve this problem. Btw try to check WooCommerce > Status > Logs if you have any “fatal errors” log files.

    I can’t increase phpMemory with my hosting plan. I think facebook or wordpress must resolve it.

    Hi @mileto81, I also got the same error like you, but they said they still not clear what is causing “Retrieving page access token” in the logs.

    Same here. I had to roll back to version 2.0.5

    Last update to 2.20 don’t resolve it!

    Hi @mileto81. What is the PHP memory limit on your site? We’ve seen that a PHP memory limit of at least 512MB resolves this issue in most cases.

    If that doesn’t help, please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.
