Hello! I’m trying to make changes to the page, but the “error 500” notification keeps popping up:(

    ~ /domains/realtor37.ru/logs/error.log

I’m just trying to change the CSS ID from “realtor” to “contacts”

  • Hi,

Does this issue appear only on a specific page>? or does it appear on all pages you’re trying to edit?

Hi! I tried on another page, everything is saved there, the error does not appear.

    Hi @jdimina,

500 errors are server issues that can result from several reasons.

To fix this issue, please read this guide and follow the steps specified for troubleshooting.

    As a temporary workaround:

Go to the page with the error.

Click on the arrow next to the Update/Publish button.

Choose to Save as Template and give it a name.

Open a new page and click Add template.

Click My Templates and click Import next to the template you saved earlier.

Hello! Thanks for the advice. I had to delete the main page. On the new page, the saved template works well.

    Hi,

Glad to hear that the issue is resolved:)
