Error 502 for new post

Hi all,

I think this plug in is very good, but when i send a new post or update one, i have a 502 Bad Gateway nginx error. post is online or update is ok, but i have this error for each new post.

If i disable “Clear cache files when a post or page is published” or “Clear cache files when a post or page is updated” for the update, error disappear, but my home page is not up to date.
