error 503 after update

  • hi . i have two question
    1- After updating the plugin, I get a 503 error and the plugin is not activated, just installed.

    2- why i don’t choose Condition for roles also i can’t select Default role for my form.

    And when is the latest version of this plugin stable?

    Hi @mahjoob,

    The 503 error usually caused by some server side issues please check the error.log file of your server and see if you have any errors there. Please contact your hosting provider if you are not sure where to find server error.log file.

    You can also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Can you please clarify your question regarding conditions, I’m hot sure what you are trying to achieve.

    i Deactivate another plugin and change the php version but yet don’t Activate ultimate member 2.0
    and only have this error
    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    i don’t know do for Activate UM
    i Really need UM for my site
    pleas have a solution for this
