• Hi there. I keep getting this code: Error: error (524) when I try to import the Shopkeeper demo content. It gives me this error whether I’m using Shopkeeper’s wizard or doing it from my dashboard.

    TIA for any advice on what could be happening!

    “The 524 A Timeout Occurred error is a Cloudflare-specific HTTP status code that indicates that the connection to the server has been closed due to a timeout. ”

    What’s in your site’s error logs? Something’s causing it to time-out.

    Ah- thank you! I’ll have to figure out how to check that – haha! Things are moving VERY very slowly though, so I’d wondered if it was a timeout problem!
