    after the cart page customer goes to pireus bank paycenter, everything goes normal and payment is accepted in paycenter. When customer is comming back while payment is accepted from bank and money is on my account , an error is occured site says that payment isnt completed and order status is payment on hold. I called bank and they said that everything is ok from them. I gave the url as you instructed in installation page, i dont know what else i have to do plz help.

    my permalinks are set https://karol.gr/sample-post/ , and i choose from woocommerce-> seetting->complete -> pireus bank-> the complete checkout page as Σελ?δα Επιστροφ??. The problem is that nor the cart is cleared , nor the order status is completed, nor message appers, and no emails both on me and the client.

    When you did the test cases did everything worked ok on the succesful payments? Were the orders completed?
    If not check again the redirect links you sent to the bank

    in test cases i have completed the payments. Now when a payment is made , payment is processing not completing i have sent everything as you say at the bank. The problem is that the payment isnt completed and no email is sent in both in customer and the e-shop manager. After of somer period of time order is canceled . any ideas?

    I had the same problem and i contacted Piraeus support and they resolved it.

    As the plugin author suggested, i asked them to double check the links and also the response method (GET) which i think it was the cause of the problem because i didn’t clarify to be set to GET in the original e-mail .

    As such i suggest the topic to marked as resolved.
