Error

  • Hi,

    I got following error after registration. Please guide me resolve this.. i am using this plugin into my all sites.

    ERROR
    ERROR!Security check failed for membership level validation.
    The submitted membership level does not seam to be authentic.
    If you are using caching please empty the cache data and try again.

    Hi, what membership levels do you have set up? Do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do have a cache plugin you have to exclude membership login pages and registration pages from the cache plugin.

    – I set level 3 with status ‘pending’.
    – I don’t have install any cache plugin yet.
    – One more thing. all my custom code of plugin are removed. and new folder created with name of “upgrade” in wp-content/.What is the purpose of “upgrade” folder ?

    I think what you should do is uninstall and delete the plugin. Then install a fresh new copy.
