    Could you please copy the Javascript error you see in the console and post it under this forum thread?

    Also, this might be a conflict with another plugin installed to your website. Please try deactivating them one by one and see which plugin causes the issue.

    I have a similar error

    Fatal error: Cannot call constructor in /home/healfoodalliance/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wd-google-analytics/google/Service/Analytics.php on line 84

    It’s blocking me from being able to do anything on WP. I can’t update or reach any of the tools. Please help!!!

    We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

    Firstly, please access wp-content/plugins directory of your website and rename wd-google-analytics folder to wd-google-analytics-test.

    This will deactivate the plugin, and you will be able to access the website.

    Afterwards, please send us a message using the following contact form:

    (select “I have a pre-sales question” and the form will appear)
