When I try to upload a small size PDF file, from the front end, return error 97.

    From Back-end it works.

    Hello,

Error 97 means that the current user is not allowed to proceed with the intended operation. This can happen if you change the settings on the back-end while having a front-end page open in another browser or tab. Please refresh the front-end page and try again.

    Hi Mitchell,

gratefull for you feedback, but error still appears every time I try to upload a PDF file from the front-end of the site, with nobody to the back-end.

I look forward to your kind reply.

    Greetings.

    Paolo.

    Hello Paolo,

Does this error occur with all PDF files and other file types?

Does this error occur in multiple web browsers?

Does this error occur if the Upload Settings are set to Anyone Can Upload?

    Mitch
