ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons

    Hello everyone,

    I just got the following error message as I was working on my dashboard “ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.” I am the administrator of the website btw.

    I cleared the cache but it won’t log me into my account. I have no idea what to do ??

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi @frankostermann95,
    You can also enable the “Allow Unlock Requests” checkbox if you wish so that if this happens to you next time you can unlock yourself.

    But more importantly it would be good to find out why your IP address was locked out.

    Do you have some kind of app or script which logs into your site in the background?
