Error access/downloading

    We attempted to go through your contact form on your website, but each time we tried to submit, it gave us a 500 error.

    Hi, we have been using your service. Every time we load a page in editor (even if it’s been there awhile) we get the error, “File could not be downloaded due to access restrictions” – this is on all pages with images.

    Our images are cached and served from MaxCDN. The origin website domain is https://www.intelivate.com The CDN subdomain for images and CSS/JS is https://media.intelivate.com

    Hopefully that helps to identify the issue. Any thoughts/help you have would be appreciated.

    Hi,
    thanks for your message, sorry to hear about this issue with the contact form, we couldn’t reproduce it yet but we’ll look into it more.

    I suspect that the issue could be related to hot linking protection but in order to be able to assist you I would need to identify your account with us and check our logs.
