Error Accessing Sub User Group in AD

    We are using ADI to authenticate against a Windows AD domain. Our OU=Users has several sub-groups for various office locations. Our AD user that we are using for bulk import is a member of Domain Users and Domain Admins, but cannot access 5 of our 8 sub groups.

    All the import tool tells us is “Error retrieving group members for group “XXXXXX”.”

    Has anyone else run in to this sort of issue?

    NM, we were trying to use OUs instead of Groups. All is well.
