    How to fix this error? I just installed the forminator plugin I didn’t use any form yet.

    I hope you’re doing great today!

    So far it’s not clear from the above message what might be causing the issue. In order to narrow it down, could you please run a conflict test as explained here:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

    Since this test involves disabling plugins and changing the theme, it makes sense to run it on a staging site (a separate copy of your current live site).

    Please let us know what was the result of running the conflict test, and send us the full error message, including the first part, which comes before “Stack trace: #0” line. That part may contain some useful details as well.
