Error adding access code from my premium account

    When entering the access code from my premium Cleantalk subscription I get this error message in WordPress admin:
    Error occured while automatically gettings access key. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: An account connected to site already exists. Please restore access to the account https://cleantalk.org/my/reset_password
    You can get support any time here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.

    I can be wrong, but I don’t know about any other account. If it exists, it may be deleted. I want to use a current open slot from my current Cleantalk subscription.
