Error ads URL

    I have a problem with this plugin.
    This plugin is for URL resource management. It is a very good plug-in, but has not been updated for several years. We also can’t find an alternative to this plugin.
    So I need your help.

    In the plugin image, notice the link text and url. It works perfectly normal if I add a poison URL. But if I add a rainbow URL, the text changes to a URL.

    I would like to add another URL not to change the display of the text. Look at the picture and understand.
