Hello Everyone, I have a question for you. Last night, a plugin automatically updated on my site, which caused an error on the homepage:

Warning: Trying to access array offset on false in /home/platne/serwer43613/public_html/eradronow/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/base/widget-base.php on line 223

Warning: Undefined array key -1 in /home/platne/serwer43613/public_html/eradronow/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/base/controls-stack.php on line 695

This message keeps showing up, even though the site seems to be working normally. I’ve been searching for a solution since morning but haven’t found anything that works. In the past, whenever something went wrong, there was a button in the dashboard that said something was taking longer than expected and offered a restart option, which fixed the issue. But today, that button isn’t there.

Do you have any idea what can be done about this error? How can I fix it?

For the moment, I uploaded version 3.24.7 and it stopped displaying the error. When I do an update of the plugin from the wp panel, the error appears again after installation

Yes restoring the version worked correctly :). Is this some major problem with the app ? or does it mean I won’t be able to use newer versions anymore ?

Milos @miloss84 can you take a look at my topic? Please

I had the same issue. When returned to “3.24.7; this will resolve this issue”. I stopped the automatic updates.

@miloss84 please advise as to when I can put the automatic updates back so we get the latest version of elementor and there are not issues with it

    Hi @nekoprint,

Can you please temporarily disable?Optimized Control Loading?in?the?Elementor?>?Settings?>?Features?menu and let us know if the issue persists with the Elementor 3.25 version?

    Kind regards,

Yes, disabling this option fixed the problem, the error disappeared. Should I leave this option turned off permanently?

    Thank you.

What about the topic of the shopping cart icon? since this bug has arisen, the shopping cart icon displays in different colors than it is set and it is not possible to change it.

The background should be transparent and it is blue all the time.

    Hi @nekoprint

Thank you for your message and confirmation that the deactivation of the Optimized Control Loading experiment worked. As these are just warnings, which don’t affect the website functionalities, you can revert the Optimized Control Loading experiment back to active and deactivate the WP Debug mode to prevent the warnings showing in the front of pages: Debugging in WordPress | Learn WordPress

You can set the following directive to prevent warning messages from showing:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

We have seen a couple of examples of third-party plugins triggering these warning messages. Have you tried performing the plugin conflict test and leaving only Elementor active on the site?
