Error after change category

    Hello,
    have you saved the changes to the post by clicking the “update” button after changing the selected categories?
    If the update button doesn’t work, try to find out which is the plugin or theme that is causing this defect: disable one by one all the plugins you have installed and retry the categories saving after each plugin is switched off, if it still doesn’t work switch to a native wp theme (eg twentyfifteen or twentyfourteen) and try again the categories saving.
    YoImages plugin uses the categories of a post to update the metadata of the attached images but the plugin has nothing to do with categories saving.

    it’s possible that the bug you mentioned was a WordPress core bug that has been fixed with the 4.1.1 release:

    We fixed one annoying issue where a tag and a category with the same name could get muddled and prevent each other from being updated.

    Please try to update your WordPress installation and see if the bug has been solved.
