Error after checking SpamFireWall

Hey,
after i checked the option SpamFireWall, i get an error message “Testing is failed, please, check the settings! Tech support https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect”. Also when i uncheck the option and safe the settings, the error still remains.
Before it has worked very well.
