error after close the popup image

    when I close the pophp of the enlarged image, the site is diverted to a “undefined” page that I do not know. could you help me understand the mistake? thank you.

    Please note that it may be a conflict with other Plugins or Theme, please deactivate all the Plugins, and see if the Lightbox works properly. If the Lightbox works properly, please activate other plugins one by one, and see which causes the problem.

    yes, i’ve found a problem with a specific plugin, deactiving step by step every plugin and then reactiving all for find the problem. the plugin is “FastWP Redux extension for Borano Theme” necessary for the template. I don’t know if you can help me or the problem is to redirect to the theme producer. thank you for assistance. Bye.

    i’ve solved the problems, after individuate the plugins that make the interference, deactivating the page preloader in the option of the “redux Framework” ..with here the theme is made. I hope is helpful for another one incoming with similar problem.
