• Hello,

Not sure to which plugin concerns but we are getting this error with Email Encoder activated after last Elementor update to v2.9.10 (from v.2.9.9).

Would it be from Email Encoder side? Or should I check with Elementor developer?

    Thanks,

    Pedro

  • Hello @pchenriques,

i’m using Elementor and the Encoder without any problems. It could be this is caused by the theme?

Please send more detailed informations. What shortcode you are using and what is the page-element from elementor?

I’m using Elementor pro, but will check even with free-Version. Here it works without problems at any type of element inside elementor.

Please check at the element from Elementor in the PLAIN-TEXT view that there is no special character inside or outside the shortcode.

    Regards
    Henry

    Hello, @wp-henne

Thanks for the prompt feedback. It was actually Elementor itself causing the issue. It has been corrected already in a new released pushed today, v2.9.11.

    Keep the excellent work!

    Regards,

    Pedro
