• Hi,
I have a recurrent problem with submission of forms created with Elementor Pro and their support didn’t solve the problem because it’s random.
My website users often report a generic “X Error” (in red) after submission.
I tried to assign unique ID to the form fields, I tried to install Smtp plugin and set the email sent, but nothing.
I have also verified php errors and no anomalies.
Anyone knows at least some way to identify the problem? For examble a tool or similar to monitor the website…
    Thanks

Since you use a commercial plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    https://elementor.com/pro/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

Meanwhile, to rule out any theme or plugin conflict, try to disable plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
