• Hello,

I found this plugin and would love to use it as I’m not really a programmer. I’m using the default Buddy Press Theme. The style.css states that it uses info in the functions.php file for the css. Confusing, hence my search for a tool like this.

When I try to generate the Color Scheme… I get
    ———————-
    Existing schemes

    Color Schemes
    Scheme default

Warning: Division by zero in /home/content/97/9743097/html/wp-content/plugins/color-scheme-every-theme/views/options.view.php on line 26
The default colors, extracted from your current theme.
    Add a new scheme

    New color scheme

Warning: Division by zero in /home/content/97/9743097/html/wp-content/plugins/color-scheme-every-theme/views/options.view.php on line 68

It seems that the color extractor doesn’t find any colors.

The extractor searches after all css-files in wp-content/themes/your-theme/. In case of Buddy Press I’m not really sure if it is using this location for the theme. Can you check that?

If there are css files in wp-content/themes/your-theme/, you should check if there are really colors defined in one of the css-files.

I will make some changes to show a better error message there, but I’m afraid that will not solve your problem. If you answer the two questions above, I will try to find a solution.

I seem to have the same problem. Tried troubleshooting as advised, enable debug, disable all plugins, tried changing themes to default WP themes (default/ and twentyfourteen/). Still get the division by zero error and .css files are present in all wp-content/themes/your-theme/ used to test. WordPress Version 3.8.1. PHP 5.3.3

    Please advise.
