Error after import of hebrew file names

    I have Hebrew characters in some of my file names in the uploads directory (attachments).
    After importing the website to another host, all the Hebrew characters were deleted and thus all those attachments were not accessible.

    Correction,
    After unpacking a wpress file it seems that the plugins delete the first Hebrew word.

    It usually happens when the php is not version 7 and or the localization is not properly set on the new or old servers.
    See if your hosting company can help you set this up.
