error after install, error with detect encoding

    After Installation got some error messages:
    1.
    Error appearance: edit post
    ((…/wp-admin/post.php?post=…&action=edit#nogo very bottom, after click on the button ” check duplicate content ” ))

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in /plugins/plagiarism/plagiarism.php on line 203

    Webpage language is HUNGARIAN, hu_HU, UTF-8

    Error appear:
    Plagiarism Options
    ((../wp-admin/options-general.php?page=plagiarism-admin -right hand side, next to the options ))

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function atl_box_content() in …/wp-content/plugins/plagiarism/plagiarism.php on line 754

    Plugin version latest (( 1.0.1 ))

    WordPress version: latest (( 3.5.1 ))

    Any idea how to fix it?
