I used another plugin for the migration. What do you mean by PHP is not configured. I uploaded a php.ini file to the server.

Typically but not always if the PHP source code is showing then a particular part of the web-servers directory structure is not set up to serve PHP files. It’s not a common issue but it can happen, there are several articles on the web addressing the issue, here is a similar one that explains it.

This sounds weird as it is a normal Strato server and I never had problems. I now used All In One Migration at it worked smoothly. https://www.faveaesthetik.de
