Also, what do you do, with which browser, when you see that? Do you have javascript enabled?

– My WordPress versian is 4.5.3 ,
– I see the error in wp-content/debug.log as i have debug script in wp_config.php
– I’ve install plugin which related with javascript as Speed Booster Pack plugin with option Remove query strings , Lazy load images to improve speed , Removes extra Font Awesome styles and i’ve install Remove query strings from static resources plugin.

Ohh, can you uninstall those plugins and see if that does the trick?

So, what others plugins do you have installed?

Also, the captcha there seems to be working fine as far as I can see.

So, can you: a) describe exactly what you do, b) what happens and c) what do you expect to happen?

Also, besides those errors, e) does the captcha seem to be working when you register? IOW, f) if you don’t feel it or failed the captcha, does it fail on registration? g) And if you feel it correctly (and also fill correctly the other fields), does it let you register just fine?
