  • Hello @io2big,

Let’s try to check our requirements first and then we can start our regular troubleshooting.
    Would that be ok?

Check with your hosting provider if your environment meets these requirements:
    https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/

    – PHP version 7.3 or greater
    – MySQL version 5.6 or greater
    – HTTPS support
    – The mod_rewrite Apache module

Confirm with your hosting provider that you have set in your installed php.ini file:

    – PHP Safe Mode turned OFF
    – At least 250MB memory allowed
    – 30MB or larger upload limit
    – 30MB or larger post limit

    Please, keep us posted.
    We are happy to help!

    Hello,
    i confirm all requirements.
Before update it worked. After update no more.

    Hi again @io2big,

Ok, next step is to check for existing conflicts in your end:

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Note: We recommend performing a full website backup before any troubleshooting.

Please, keep us posted. We are happy to help!

    Hi @io2big,

Please try to re-install NextGen Gallery plugin by deactivating, removing it the download a fresh copy of it and install/activate it new. No worries about the galleries or settings – these would be safe.

    Hope this helps
