  • Hey there, @antosya! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Are all your other plugins and your theme updated?
If not, please update them and check if the issue persists.

If it does, can you please reinstall WooCommerce Shipping?
Sometimes, issues can happen during an update and there might be data missing from it and reinstalling it would refresh them.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @carolm29
    All plugins and theme updated
We had to downgrade WooCommerce Shipping plugin to version 1.0.5, for the error to disappear.
The plugin was reinstalled, it didn’t help, and the version was downgraded again

    Hello @antosya,

Thank you for updating us on this.

To further troubleshoot this, I recommend?running a full conflict test?to rule out any possible plugin or theme conflicts. You can do this by disabling all other plugins, except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping. Should the issue persist, you can try switching to a default theme like?Storefront. This guide provides further details?on running a full conflict test.

Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

If the issue persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status to understand your site setup. You can find it via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support.. Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com. After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

I hope that helps! Let us know once you have done a conflict test!
