    Hi @berkmh,

Can you please update to the latest 2.1.1 and check if the issue persists?

If the issue persists then we need to rule out a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins [except WooCommerce and Braintree], and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
    ?
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site

    Cheers!

I have been having this problem also.
It seems that I am unable to solve this problem by testing.

    Hello everyone!

I have the same problem with the plugin, displays this message error on the check ou page : Currently unavailable. Please try a different payment method.
I made the test with Health Check, with different theme and activating only Woocommerce and Braintree plugin it’s the same message. So please help with a new update or please roll back the previous version.

    Many thanks!

    Hi everyone,

I’ve seen this error after the last update, and so far it was due to a caching plugin (like Autooptimize, W3 Total Cache, etc) delaying the loading of Braintree payment code, which resulted in an error. If you are using one of such plugins, its authors can help you exclude Braintree scripts from cache / minify. The file name to exclude is:

    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree/assets/js/frontend/wc-braintree.min.js

If you’re not using any cache / minify plugins, can you please share a link to your site? We’d like to take a look at the checkout page and see where these errors could originate from.

    Thanks!

Having the same issue – PayPal says “Currently unavailable. Please try a different payment method.”

All plugins and WP versions are up to date, no caching plugins.

    Hi all,

Can you please submit a support ticket on https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ ?

We’re probably going to need admin access to troubleshoot this further, so let’s continue the conversation in private.

    Thanks!
