    After updating to the new version 4.0, the Amazon Associates Link Builder advertisements will be displayed like this:

    Please help.

    Hi,

    Can you try the previous version 3.12.0? You can get old version in this page by the way.

    Also, check the connection status by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings? If it says Disconnected, it is most likely the reason that you get the No products found. message.

    You can check plugin errors by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Tools -> Error Log. If you see something relevant, post the error log.

    Let me know if downgrading to 3.12.0 solves the issue.

    Hi,

    Yes, I am always connected.

    If I install the version amazon-auto-links-4.0.0b everything works without problems.

    What should I do now?

    Which exact version of 4.0.0b is it? (4.0.0b01~)

    Can you post the plugin error log? (Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Tools -> Error Log)

    Also, after updating to 4.0.0, go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Templates and do you see necessary templates are activated? Also, go to the Settings -> 3rd Party screen and see if they are set as before?

    Please double-check that the templates are activated when you update to 4.0.0. (Make sure that it’s not 4.0.0b01).

    Error Log:
    No items found.

    The No items found. should only be seen in front-end. It’s not a log message.

    Also, can you post more of your error log (Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Tools -> Error Log)?

    There is a part that tells where it tried to access, like https://webservices.amazon.com/paapi5/searchitems. Make sure you don’t have errors With that URL. If you have, post their messages.

    Also, if you see a log entry that says “The cache data is corrupted”. Let me know.
