When I open the manage settings of the stripe plugin, error message display below:
    Error retrieving settings.
    Error retrieving account data.
When I tried to click the save button:
    Error saving settings.

Weird display on my status report, not displaying the exact details on it. I have updated all the plugins to the latest versions including the woocommerce.

    Hi @vandave16,

The System Status Report you sent over is incomplete and it does not have information about the active and inactive plugins.

I suspect that there’s some conflict on your site.

Can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there are any fatal-errors in the dropdown list on the top right?

If there are, please copy and paste them here in your reply.

I copied everything already. I also disable all the plugins used except the woocoommerce and stripe plugin.

    Hi there @vandave16!

Could you check the browser console to see if there are any errors while saving the settings in Stripe?

Could you also try saving the permalinks in Post name format and then see if the issue persists?

Let us know how this goes! ??

    Hi @vandave16

    Thanks for sharing the errors.

All are 404 errors, so it seems the pages are inaccessible or missing.

It would be very helpful if we could see the proper site status report, because the ones you sent seem to indicate that a lot of things need to be corrected in the site configuration, but it is not clear whether those are false indications, as the report is incomplete.

Are you deleting parts of the system report while pasting? Please go to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Do not redact anything other than identifiable information such as site URL, etc.

If you’d rather not post your System Status here, you can paste it somewhere else like (https://pastebin.com/) and share with us a link to it.

After days of investigation and deliberation of the issue, we found out that the issue is under the themes api resulting 404 errors of all used plugins api. Thank you

    Hi @vandave16

I’m glad that the issue has been resolved already.

If you have a few minutes, we’d love it if you could leave us a review:
