    Hi,

After upgrading to the latest version of the plugin (2.1.62) I’m now getting an error on all pages displaying NextGEN galleries:

    “RunTimeException thrown
    A_Gallery_Storage_Frame_Event does not exist”

The site is on a server running PHP 5.6 and MySQL 5.5.

Everything was working fine until the recent upgrade.

The site is live so I’m reluctant to start changing themes/de-activating other plugins.

    Thanks,

    James

@jmdesignsolutions – Have you tried re-installing NextGEN Gallery? This is not something we are seeing ourselves in our testing.

    Thanks!

    Hi Cais,

Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried that and it doesn’t make any difference.

I also get a blank screen whenever I try and view the Gallery Settings and Other Options in the WP admin if that helps at all?

    Kind Regards,

    James

@jmdesignsolutions – Issues like that generally point to a conflict somewhere although tracking them down usually means going through the process of deactivating all active plugins and re-activating to test. It might be worth while to set up a staging site (that exhibits the same issues) and work from it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Cais,

Thanks for the reply, yes I’ve tried disabling all the plugins but it makes no difference.

I guess I’ll just have to use a replacement plugin that works on this server.

    Thanks,

    James
