  • Have you tried using smaller images to see if there is a size limit imposed by your server?

Are you able to upload them to the WordPress media?

Also, does the error message provide any more information on the problem?

I’ve uploaded them to Media and that worked for the slider.
No I didn’t get an extra message about the problem, just the note there was an error. Size of the photo’s are 4-5 Mb.
Problem solved for now, but it’s a workaround….
    Thanks for your replies!

That’s odd. The slideshow uses the default WordPress uploader for uploading images in a slideshow. I’ll check to see if there are others who also experience this problem.

I’m glad to hear that at least it’s still possible to upload your images through the WordPress media page.

same here. I can upload the images via media and then use them for the slideshow, but I get an error when I want to upload a new image directly to the slide list

I have been able to reproduce the error, which seems to be around since WordPress’ latest release (version 3.6.1).

I’m trying to find a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Hello Stegan, any luck on this error. I’m having the same problem to!! Thanks!

Yes, I have been able to resolve the issue. The problem will be resolved in the release of version 2.2.19, which will hopefully be within a couple of hours.

    Great \o/
