It’s weird because I’ve been using your plugin for ages and never got a single error but this time…
Could you please check what’s causing it?

    Thanks again ??

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, not sure what Gerard’s problem was but for me unfortunately errors are still there even with the updated files from github. The site goes to recovery mode as soon as plugin is activated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I also get the same error after updating to 5.0.5.
I replace it with wp-slimstat-reports.php on github, the error does not occur.
However, the following data will not be displayed.

    Top site searches
    Recent site searches
    Top Referrer Domains

    I role-back to 5.0.4 now.
    thank you

Thank you for giving the error, can you please confirm that the issue will fix by this change?

    Hi Mostafa,

I made the changes and the critical error on my Dashboard seems to be gone.

Obviously there is now some data missing for the past few days where I had the plugin deactivated, but the reports for “top referring domains” and “top countries” are now completely empty (no data available).

    Any connection?

    Thanks, Jenny

This needs debugging to find the issue and might be a wrong query there, not sure.

Can you debug it your self?

    Hi,

The errors are gone with the Github Backward compatibility files. Although the Auto refresh on access log seems to be not working.

    Thanks.
