Hi, after updating WPPA to v6.3.13 my albums have stopped displaying and instead simply show the following: [WPPA+ Photo display (fsh)]

I’m using the following shortcode format – [wppa type="album" album="1"][/wppa] – and I have “Allow WPPA+ Debugging” enabled.

Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

If you supply a link i could see more…

Try ticking the box in Table IV-A8. This may help for the time being, but is not a good final solution!

    Hi Jacob,

Yes, my mistake. I did toggle IV-8 and it fixed the issue. How should I proceed though if this isn’t a good fix?

Here the link to the broken gallery on the clients site: https://canadianplayboyz.com/male-strippers-alberta/

I have no explanation why it does not work properly on your site. Most likely it is a conflict with another plugin, or do you use any kind of caching method?

Mostly if the rendering enabled switch is not on (that is the cause of the error messsage) sombody modified the themes header.php and removed wp_head(), what is disastrous. Therefor my warning.

It seems to work ok with the switch to render set manually ( by ticking IV-A8 ) on your site. If you see strange albums being displayed near the top of the page, the reason can be that there are excerpts of posts containing wppa shorcodes in metatags. So, don’t worry for the moment; keep IV-A8 ticked and close the topic.

    Okay, sounds good. Thanks.
