Error after WP upgrade

I did a WP-upgrade last week, the web front works fine but the admin does not work, I get the following error when I try to access admin:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /home/lookyse/public_html/chwilowkaprzezinternet.com/wp-content/themes/chwilowka-przez-internet/options.php on line 1
