• Hy. First of all the plugin is great I use it in several sites hosted on different servers but sometimes there is an error when logging in: After entering the user and password, the circle spins without the authentication message appearing. The error displayed in the console is: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 () /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1” I need to reload the page and re-enter the username and password (sometimes 2-4 times) and then everything is normal. What is the issue?! Maybe server is on sleep mode. But this is not a solution because appear only when using this plugin. I read in many other threads that error appear because is missing action:’something’ declaration in data array when is called ajax. Thanks

Have exactly the same issue across multiple sites – it’s intermittent but worse now. Try and login, popup appears, put correct credentials, just get spinner in popup – never stops. In console – it says error 400 for admin-ajax. Solution is to reload or refresh browser and then click login again – works after reload no problem every time. This is impossible for users (customers) – can’t tell them to reload the page. Have tried switching off all other security plugins — am on the latest versions of WordPress / Woocommerce.

Some other plugin/code on your site is affecting the login functionality.
admin-ajax.php error happens when plugin does not get the expected response.
Try with the basic theme such as “storefront” and all other plugins deactivated.

    Hello
It’s the same for me. Sometimes I log in correctly. Sometimes popup appears, put correct credentials, just get spinner in popup – never stops. I need to reload the page and re-enter the username and password then it’s ok

Even after update to v2.2 and then to 2.3 the issue is present. I use this plugin in many sites with different plugins and builders with or without template and the issue is the same in all. Sometimes work, sometimes work after one reload, sometimes many reloads. I will return with more info.
