Error and site broken Email

    I am getting an automated email for my all sites. Message says your site or plugin is broken. There are error details in mail:

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 422 of the file /home/username/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/secondary-title/includes/settings.php.

    Error message: Cannot redeclare secondary_title_settings_page() (previously declared in /home/username/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/secondary-title/admin/settings.php:39)
