    Hi,
    We are getting an error with the WP-Live Chat by 3CX plugin, it only show on wp-admin?

    Hi @kaiafan ,
    this error indicates that your server was unable to retrieve a running chat server to connect. Please verify that the server which is hosting your website is able to communicate with the following service https://wplc.3cx.net/api/chatrouter. If yes and the issue remains please provide us your website url to proceed to further investigation.

    Hi, the error only display on one of the subsite and can’t get in live chat, showing ‘Connecting to chat server…’
