Error at checkout: gift cards applied to subscription recurring total

When a customer purchases a subscription product and uses a gift card to pay for all or part of the purchase, the card balance is being applied to the recurring total and not the order total.

Also, it would be nice to be able to disable gift cards when subscription products are in the cart since renewal payments will fail if the subscription is purchased entirely with a gift card.
