I’m having this error when checkout with Stripe: (On going requests error and retries exhausted). Even in test or productive mode.

My webhooks is configured. In Stripe, my event show the webhooks was OK. In WooCommerce Stripe Log (debug mode on), the file is empty.

    Hi @duff1 @tvrhossain @getmilk

We missed this thread, sorry about that – were you able to get this resolved?

If we can help out, please reply here or reach out to WooCommerce.com support via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Thanks,

not as yet. We reverted back to 4.0.3 and too nervous to update.

We can’t take the risk that our clients member payments fail as they are processing transactions daily.

    Is 4.0.7 safe to update?

    Hi @duff1 @tvrhossain @getmilk!

I think there’s a fix for this in 4.0.6, based on the changelog.

My advice would be yo use a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ to clone your site onto a “Stage” server where you can test without affecting the live site. There, you can disable all plugins except WooCommerce core and Stripe, switch themes to Twenty Seventeen, update Stripe to the latest version, enable debug logging, and run a test transaction with Stripe in Test mode.

Please let us know whether that resolves it!

My problem is now solved, I was using an acute accent in my statement descriptor.
